I would buy this product again

I really like the look of this backpack. It's also very comfortable. The thing I don't like about it is that the pad on the back is stiff and it makes it hard to make your backpack stand up if you don't have enough stuff in it weighing it down. But I still love it.

Disappointed after use

I thought I was going to really like this backpack but now that I have used it, the flaws are presenting themself. The biggest one is the off balance of the bag. The smaller zippered front section can hold a decent amount, but as soon as you start to fill it beyond just pens it starts to bulge out and makes the backpack top heavy, thus it falls over. If this section is filled, it partially blocks the front bottom of the bag from being used in the larger back section of the backpack. This leads to the front bottom of the backpack being empty contributing to instability even more. It's a well made backpack and great looking but a non functional design Too bad because I thought I had found a great pack.

Consider adding the hip belt pocket like the Gregory and Osprey, and you will have a winner.
