Stains all over the dress!

Beautiful dress with a buttery yellow tone. Fabric and style has a nice fall and fit. It’s a little too long which will need alterations (ref. I’m 5-4, purchased size 2). The only negative is that the dress I received has a lot of small greasy/oily stains all over the front, so I will be returning it. Not sure if will repurchase as I don’t trust the quality control of the brand/Macy’s.
