I’m really into my skin and health lately and this product is amazing as not only is it going to help you detox and feel good due to it being a sauna but the added red light therapy is fantastic as now you can also aid your skins recovery with the help of the red light in addition to the sauna. It was so easy to assemble and it such a nice convenient and compact solution to get the results of a sauna and red light chamber from the convenience of your own home.

Decent sauna tent!
Really excited to try out this sauna tent. Pros: easy assembly, foil lined inside, powerful steam machine, temps reaching 105+ degrees, can fit two people standing. Cons: no middle support beams on frames, no pockets to hold towels or speakers, and red light is strip light not a panel. Overall impression, happy with the product and worth the price.

Very easy to use
The portability for this is awesome. If easy to move and set up. Very effective and easy to use. I only stay in for a 15 minutes and absolutely think that is enough time but you could stay in longer if you want.

Heats quickly, fantastic durability
Absolute game changer for the cold winter season! This red-light sauna heats up quickly, (in about 5 min) and is SO relaxing. I use this after my workouts, before I hit the shower to relax, my tween also loves to sit in this for about 10 min when he's stuffy. I hung some eucalyptus leaves for added decongestant effects.
