Shiatsu Neck Massager
I have chronic pain in my neck and back due to multiple herniated, degenerative, and bulging discs. I was so excited to receive this product free from Influenster & Shiatsu to try it out! It did not disappoint. I love the fact that it has heat as well as massage. It is easy to use and works well. You can adjust it to your liking and the areas that you need to use it. I have used this item multiple times now in the evening when I get home from work and have recommended it to a few others as well.

Intense but nice
This massager is definitely intense, so I can’t use it very long but it really is relaxing when I do use it. The combo of heat and massage is nice. I like that it has different massage settings so I can switch up the massage. The handles are interesting and allow you to really get it in place around your neck. Overall I really like it.

Love 10/10
I did not expect this to be able to give me a deep neck massage. This massager is so easy to use. You can charge it easily, with the cord provided. You put it around your neck and put your arms into the arm rests (pictured). You can mess with the settings to see what you like. I prefer the heat function to be on. This is a great gift for the holidays. I know they have a foot massager that I would really like to try. I might never get up if I have both.

It's a great massager
I love it and think it works super well for anyone who needs some shoulder relief from pain. Love that it has a heating option too. I used it while I was at the hospital and it was worth it.

great for everyday neck pain
The Shiatsu massager is very effective at relieving everyday neck pain. What I loved was the multiple massage settings and the ability the add heat. The heat was perfect and a great addition to the massage. The biggest thing that was frustrating to me was that you had to hold the straps to get any pressure. If you don’t pull down on the straps, it’s not very firm on pressure. It’s definitely great for regular neck pain, but nothing too deep.

Good massager, lacks real heat
Overall this is a decent massager, but the heat function I don’t think really works well. It is easy to use and the battery lasts several uses. As someone with a previous neck injury I was excited to try this, especially with the heat function as a heating pad is one of the only things that really reduces my neck pain when I have flare ups of pain so the fact that I didn’t really notice it warming up at all was disappointing.

Simple massager to use while relaxing
The neck massager is firm without over manipulating a tender neck. It charges quickly and is easy to use while relaxing or watching television. It puts the right amount of pressure and helps soothes an achy or stiff neck. It is definitely a quality product that delivers relief without overpowering.
