Damaged TV stand

Package was torn and I could see part of the wood of the TV stand. The TV stand is damaged . There isn’t a customer service number for the product. I had to call Macys they had to email the Vendor and then the Vendor is going to contact me by email about what to do. It may take 5 days they said just for them to contact me. Very disappointed.
