Dried in a couple week.
It is not a long-lasting. Dried in a couple of weeks after just ten or so applications. Not recommended.

Best ever for an authentic look.
This tinted primer is the perfect natural look “mascara”. Lightweight with a hint of color, the curved brush grooms lashes and gently holds them in place. Build in it for a more sophisticated look.
Fabulous
I don't like the cakey look with some mascara. This stuff is fabulous. It gives just the right amount of pop to your lashes. Looks very natural. No flaking. Added bonus it's waterproof. One of my favorites. If I was stranded on an island this would be in my bag.

Unhappy
The primer is very dry and difficult to get on lashes.Then it was extremely difficult to remove even with Estee Lauder's eye makeup remover. Maybe I got a bad tube but I didn't like anything about it. What I disliked the most was the return process.I wanted to return it and exchange/buy a different mascara product instead.But you cannot exchange. You have to return and then make a separate purchase. You are also required to return any promotional products. I had spent enough on my order without the Primer to qualify for the promotional products so I did not understand why those would need to be returned since I still qualified for them. Customer service said that was their policy that the promotional items needed to be returned regardless.Now I know to only purchase the minimum to get the promotion and not add anything else to my order since I may need to return everything. Seems like a poor way to treat a loyal customer. I'll have to go back to buying in store and not online.
