I was intending to write something positive, but because of Macy's inability to labet and identify the item as it is labeled for viewing and purchased is TOTALLY FALSE. I HAVE ORDERED A PREVIOUS DUVET COVER FOR MY COMFORTER TO FIND IT MIS-SSIZED AND H-U-G-E FOR THE SIZE OF MY TWIN COVERLET I NEEDED. THIS IS T-W-I-C-E THE ITEM I WAS ORDERING WAS NOT AS IT WAS LISTED AS. MACY'S HAS A M-A-J-O-R P-R-O-B-L-E-M!!!!! NO WONDER YOU ARE CLOSING STORES!!! YOU SERVICE (?) IS JUST N-O-T THERE!!!!! I WILL NOT WAIST ANYMORE OF MY TIME WRAPPING AND PHONING FOR PICK-UP OF THE ITEM TO BE RETURNED. I CAN ALWAYS USE IT AS A RAG FOR CLEANING. I DO HOPE MY RESPONSE SINKS IN TO THE BIG-WIGS WHO THINK THAT THEY KNOW HOW TO SELL MERCHANDISE AND MAKE THEIR CUSTROMERS HAPPY!!!!!!!
